My Fosters Page 2

Kira

Kira is a 3 yr old sable female German Shepherd Dog. She came all the way from Baltimore, Maryland to stay with the fuzzybutts until she finds a home. Her rescue was done with help from Cila, Debbie and her transporter - Stacy. Without them she would have been put to sleep in an animal shelter. Luckily, she will have a happy ending. Here's some pictures of this beautiful girl... Kira has been adopted - July 2004!

Rigby Roo

Rigby Roo is an older gentleman from the Wayne County Humane Society in Wooster, Ohio. He is likely close to 10 yrs old but he still has some spunk in him I have found out! He likes to play with the other fuzzybutts and he can still run pretty quickly after them. He does love his blankets to rest on and seems to be an incredibly sweet and gentle boy! I do hope he finds a forever home because he is such a nice dog, he really deserves it! He loves riding in the car! Sadly, Rigby has crossed the Rainbow Bridge - his health was failing and it was in his best interest to let him go quietly to sleep.

Reno

Reno is a young male German Shepherd. Reno is about 18 mos old. He is a very sweet dog who just needs some training and direction. He responds well to training and is proving to be a quick learner.

New Pics - October 6, 2004. Reno is hanging out with Kaiser.

Elke

Elke is a 3 yr old classic black and tan beauty rescued from the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center on October 22, 2004. She had been a stray that was hit by a car and the vet treating her wanted her to be saved so she contacted 4Paws GSD Rescue. I evaluated Elke and deemed her to be a sweet as she looks. So I pulled her and she spent the weekend with me before going on to 4Paws Rescue for placement.

Chevy

Chevy is a Shiloh Shepherd or a long haired German Shepherd. He is 7 months old and weighs 67 pounds. He looks alot like Cozy Shyloh who I fostered a couple years ago - she can be seen on page 1 of my fosters.

Sadly, Chevy was put to sleep on May 20, 2005. He had too many problems with his front legs and was already in pain. We decided the kindest thing to do would be to let him go to the Bridge to run and play without pain.
