About me

I adopted "Oscar" from the New Castle, IN animal shelter December 11. 2003. He has been renamed Kaiser.

We went straight to my friend's dog wash shop and spent a couple hours brushing, washing, clipping toenails and cleaning ears. He didn't want to take a bath and whined the entire time, so pitiful! He made more noise than the puppies being washed there. His butt is amazingly fluffy! He smells and feels much better now! I hope it will be a long while before he needs another bath!

We went on to Petsmart to buy him a collar and saw some friends there. They loved him and one woman wanted to adopt him from me! This boy is HUGE! He gets attention with his size alone! I haven't weighed him yet, but I think he's 100+ lbs. And NOT fat.  Many people just had to pet him and say hello, he welcomed them all! This is a very friendly boy!
 

We got home and I let him out with Mystic, Spirit and Kara. Spirit and Kara could care less, but Mystic was ecstatic, she kept teasing him to run and play with her which he gladly did. They even paused to poop at the same time! I think they will become good buddies and play together.
